Adjacent to the resort's grand lobby, Seamark Seafood & Cocktails invites guests to embark on a culinary journey celebrating the rich tradition of New England’s timeless seafood dining experience while embracing innovation and excellence.
Every dish and cocktail at Seamark reflects Carver Road Hospitality’s signature creativity and dedication to culinary mastery. With the kitchen helmed by James Beard Award-Winning Chef Michael Schlow, the culinary program showcases elevated New England seafood dishes by harmonizing local ingredients, global flavors and timeless plates.
Hidden inside Seamark is Old Wives’ Tale, and intimate 16-seat speakeasy inspired by the golden age of seafaring. The one-of-a-kind cocktail program, created by internationally renowned mixologist Francesco Lafranconi, showcases flavors and rare spirits collected oceans away, with each drink inspired by ports of call around the globe.
Designed by the award-winning architecture and design firm Rockwell Group, Seamark’s chic and nautically-inspired space transports guests to a world of maritime elegance. Each room, from the main dining area to Old Wives’ Tale, is infused with historic details and references that tell a unique story of the sea.
For Carver Road Hospitality co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Sean Christie, Seamark is not just an expansion—it’s a personal journey. As a Boston native, Christie’s roots in the food and beverage industry run deep, making Seamark a true labor of love that has come full circle.
