2. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating in this Promotion, a Member agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules (the “Rules”). In addition, as it relates to the Promotion, Member agrees to accept the decisions made by Encore Boston Harbor as final and binding.

3. DEFINITIONS:

Capitalized terms used herein shall be defined as follows:

“Earning Period” shall mean 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on a Promotional Day.

“Kiosk Redemption Period” shall mean between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the applicable Promotional Day.

“Maximum Number of Prizes” shall mean a total of four (4) prizes on each Promotional Day.

“Members” shall mean Wynn Rewards members who are in compliance with all Wynn Rewards program terms and conditions (each, a “Member”).

“Mystery Card Prize” shall mean between $50.00 to $250.00 in FREECREDIT (“free slot play”) or free table play (in the form of promotional chips) (collectively, “free play”) or between $500.00 and $10,000.00 in cash.

“Prize” shall mean between $10.00 to $250.00 in free slot play or a Mystery Card Prize, determined randomly.

“Promotional Day” shall mean Mondays, March 31, April 7, 14, and 21, 2025.

“Redemption Period” shall mean between 1:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the applicable Promotional Day.

“Required Tier Credits” shall mean fifty (50) tier credits per entry.

4. REDEMPTION: Members who earn the Required Tier Credits during the applicable Earning Period must close their slot or table session during the Earning Period by removing their Wynn Rewards card from the slot machine or by requesting a table games supervisor to close their session. Following the closure of the session, the Member must visit a promotional kiosk during the Kiosk Redemption Period and then visit the Promotions Rooms during the Redemption Period to receive a Prize. Members who receive a Mystery Card Prize must reveal it in the presence of an Encore Boston Harbor employee to be valid.

5. FREE PLAY EXPIRATION: Free slot play valued at less than $100.00 expires within one (1) calendar day of the date and time of issuance. Free slot play valued at $100.00 and above expires within thirty (30) calendar days of the date and time of issuance. Free table play kiosk vouchers and cash prize redemption forms must be redeemed by Member at the Main Cashier by 11:59 p.m. on the date of issuance.

6. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PRIZES: Members are eligible to participate in this Promotion up to the Maximum Number of Prizes.

7. PRIZES: No substitution or transfer of Prizes is permitted. All Prizes are awarded in Encore Boston Harbor’s sole discretion. Members shall be solely responsible for any and all Prize-related expenses and fees including, without limitation, any and all federal, state and/or local taxes (including sales tax), and winners shall be responsible, where applicable, to complete and execute an IRS Form 1099 and release and waiver liability form in order to receive any Prize.

8. MEDIA CONSENT: By participating in this Promotion, a Member hereby grants Encore Boston Harbor the right to use their name, photograph, biographical information, statements and address for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media.

9. TERMS: Encore Boston Harbor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion at any time. Encore Boston Harbor shall not be liable for any system failure or downtime, during which this Promotion may be suspended and Prizes may not be awarded.

• Clothing deemed, at our discretion, to not conform to dress codes in restaurants, nightclubs, pools and elsewhere. Also, clothing deemed to be offensive or indecent is prohibited.
• Possession of a weapon except with Wynn Resort’s prior knowledge and consent.
• Stealing, damaging, or misusing any property.
• Possession or use of Cannabis or illegal drugs.
• Any other inappropriate conduct as determined by Wynn Resorts.
